The halo universe is a fictional universe written by microsoft game studios. It is quite similar to our own universe. But the big difference is that aliens also exist. They do not really co-exist in harmony. A war breaks out. The events of halo started 151 years from now in 2170, this was when the interplanetary wars broke out between three main parties. Koslovics, Frieden and the UNSC. The war is eventually won by the UNSC. With the coordination of the United nations provided them eventual victory. Then another problem for the UNSC, overpopulation on Earth and a massive military with no enemy to fight. Then came the shaw-fujikawa engine. An engine that allows ships to travel faster than light. This is an extremely big part of history for humans. Then all this changes. Humans go into rapid expansion, dominating a large area in the Orion arm of the Milky Way. In the 2500s the humans started to lose these colonies. One by one they fell, their surface nothing more than glass and fumes. The outer colonies were lost, the inner colonies were left to fend for themselves. The cole protocol was introduced. This reduced the chances of these aliens, calling themselves the covenant, finding earth. The battle continued and till now still does not have a perfect conclusion.
